Cancellation and Refund Policy - All Programs

• Within 48 hours of registration: 100% refund.

• 30 or more days before the program start date: 80% refund.

• 14 to 30 days before the program start date: 50% refund.

• Under 14 days before the program start date: no refund will be given.

• All refunds exclude processing fees.

We reserve the right to cancel programs without a minimum number of participants. For cancelled programs, we will make every attempt to place participants in an alternate program and, if unable, will issue a 100% refund.
